Seems to me he's being hung, drawn and quartered by Abbott before there's any sort of judicial inquiry. The real 'joke' is that Turnbull was up for the same 'offence' but was allowed to keep working while it was sorted out!! Hypocrisy at its worst.

Wandering by to say 'Hi'. Completely flat out at the moment, studying 2 courses and teaching 3, plus buying a townhouse on the Gold Coast for our big move in a few months. All the developments are good ones, though. Hope all's well with all here.

Moving house?

That means taking every little thing out of every cupboard and wardrobe.
Everything out of the garages.
Everything out of the whole house.

I didn't think there was much wrong with it, but didn't mean to hijack anyone's thread on purpose.

Shall we start again?...... :-*

Your "posts" , are not offending to me :They are  simply confusing.

If, we were both sitting at my kitchen table tonight:
enjoying a cuppa and a pumpkin scone:.....I would still find you very hard to follow.
I would be looking forward to a great "interchange" of thoughts:
whilst:  you would insist upon "Quoting"......from some source of great intelligence: that would make me feel very, very, insignificant.

I have never ever liked "academics".....they bore me to death:
Religious fanatics also scare the "pants" off me!!!.
Past Presidents of the Country Womens Association: are also a pain in the "Butt"!.{ They know EVERYTHING}!!!! bar none!!!!.

Just write to me, in this virtual world of Communication:

Bambu, I have to agree with all three of BW's posts directed at you that I have come across so far.
It's good to be academic but it has a time and a place. Climate change threads, Yes. A thread about festive food, No...
The majority of your posts are tl;dr.

Hi there Crank,
I have to admit my shortcomings on the Puter; and on On-Line Sites.
But, what on earth are tl;dr;?????..
{Sorry about that}.....just double checked......tl: is too long.

I find that, it is very difficult, to hold, any sort of "conversation"......on the net.
And, I am the last one in the world: to go against the flow.
I just "Log in" to try and make people happy.
Say Gooday!!!! and hope that I have brought a little bit of happiness, along the way.
Thank you for your imput so far. :-*

So that others like you would be able to see what i was on about haha

And a Happy New Year to you too, Bewildered.

Hard to follow?...you'd probably be even more confused when I informed you that I don't like tea or coffee, or pumpkin scones.   ;D

'Academics' don't scare me one bit.
Some of them are very intelligent and wise, and make space ships and send them to the moon.
I, and you, are no less worthy of our place in the universe than they are...we're just different.

There's much that can be learnt from 'great sources of intelligence'...like how to sail a ship from London to Sydney...with just a map and the stars.
How to take a tractor apart and put it back together without having a part left over.

If the CWA past presidents start bossing you around and telling you how great they are and that they're better than you, and for you to sit in the green chair, sit in the blue chair instead and tell them you like that one better.  8)
